Dose: 30ml Sachet

Ready to drink or mix with 500ml water. Recommend drinking at least 500ml water when taking directly. 

Natrium/Sodium 500mg: Maintains fluid balance, supports nerve function, and prevents muscle cramps, especially after sweating during exercise. This amount is slightly elevated to ensure effective hydration and electrolyte balance with the reduced chloride.  

Kalium/Potassium 250mg: Helps with muscle contraction, nerve signalling, and balancing sodium. Increased slightly to balance the reduction in chloride and ensure proper cellular function.

Chlorid/Chloride 230mg: Supports fluid balance and acid-base regulation. Reduced to prevent excess chloride while maintaining its role in conjunction with sodium.

Citrat/Citrate 1380mg: Acts as a pH buffer, reducing lactic acid buildup, and supports endurance. This amount is ideal for improving recovery and alkalinity without gastrointestinal discomfort.

Magnesium/Magnesium 100mg: Prevents muscle cramps, supports muscle recovery, and helps energy production. The amount is sufficient for muscle function and recovery without causing laxative effects.

Stevia/Stevia: A natural sweetener added for taste, without increasing calories or affecting blood sugar levels.
