Our store is hosted on Shopify Inc. They provide us with the online e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products and Services to you.

We reserve the right to update these Terms.
 It is your responsibility to review them periodically.

 

 

SECTION 20 – MOBILEPAY COMPLIANCE & ADDITIONAL CONSUMER RIGHTS

In accordance with Vipps MobilePay requirements:

  • You may cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it (EU withdrawal right).

  • Subscription products can be cancelled at any time before the next billing date.

  • Complaints are handled via info@supplme.com within 7 business days.

  • In case of dispute, you may escalate to the Danish Centre for Complaint Resolution or via the EU platform: ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
