How do I manage my membership?
From your account at the top right you can pause, delay or cancel. You can also email info@supplme.com and we’ll take care of it within 24 hours.
Do I need to mix the products with water?
No. Everything is taken directly from the pouch. With the electrolytes, we recommend drinking at least 500 ml of water afterwards.
