Delivery timeframes are provided in good faith but are non-binding estimates only.


Free Shipping

We offer free shipping on all subscription orders. You can sign up for recurring deliveries and manage or cancel your subscription at any time through your customer account or by contacting us at info@supplme.com.

 


Expedited Shipping

If you choose expedited shipping, we will follow up with further tracking and fulfillment information once your order has been processed.


Subscription Fulfillment

If you are buying a subscription-based product, deliveries will be made according to the selected interval. You will be notified before each renewal and shipment.
 You may update, skip, or cancel your subscription at any time before the next billing cycle.


International Shipping

At this time, we do offer international shipping with custom rates. 


Damages, Missing Deliveries & Delays

If your order is delayed, lost, or arrives damaged, please contact us immediately at info@supplme.com.
 We will investigate and resolve the issue either directly or in collaboration with our logistics partners.


Responsibility for Delivery

Once an order is dispatched, we remain responsible for ensuring that the product reaches you in satisfactory condition. If you do not receive your order within the expected time, please notify us.
