Refund Policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be in the same condition as when you received it

  • It must be unused, unworn, and in original packaging

  • You must provide a receipt or proof of purchase

Items returned without prior approval will not be accepted.

How to Start a Return

Once approved, we will send you:

  • A return shipping label

  • Instructions on how and where to send the item

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon receipt.
If the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, notify us immediately at info@supplme.com so we can resolve the issue quickly.

 

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Consumed products, opened products
  • Items on sale or gift cards

If in doubt, email us before returning.

 

Exchanges

The fastest way to get what you want is to return the item and make a separate purchase for the new item once the return is accepted.

 

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If you reside in the EU, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days without stating a reason.
To qualify:

  • The item must be unused and in original condition

  • Include original packaging and proof of purchase

This right applies even if the item is not defective.

 

Refunds

Once we’ve received and inspected your return, we will notify you if the refund is approved.
If approved:

  • A refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days

  • Note that your bank or card provider may take additional time to process the refund
